Managing tenancy obligations: Helping participants understand their rights and responsibilities as tenants, including communication with landlords, maintenance requests, and dispute resolution.
Transitional support: Offering assistance with initial costs like rent or utility payments when moving into new accommodation.
Sustaining current housing: Helping participants address issues that may threaten their tenancy, such as rent arrears or maintenance problems.
Promoting independence: The overall goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities by ensuring they have stable and appropriate housing.
